- Booking Methods: Clicking through our online booking platform is the preferred and fastest method to secure a slot. However, shoot requests may also be submitted via text message or email if needed. All bookings are considered tentative and are not officially scheduled until confirmed by Tygo Studio via email or text.
- Property Condition: The Client is entirely responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready for photography at the scheduled time. Tygo Studio photographers are not responsible for moving personal items, cleaning, or staging rooms.
- On-Time Policy: Photographers operate on strict daily schedules. If a photographer arrives and cannot access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, it may result in an immediate cancellation and a fee (see Section 3).
- Ownership of Media: Tygo Studio retains full copyright ownership of all digital media produced, including but not limited to photography, videography, aerial/drone footage, floor plans, and 3D tours.
- The Limited License: Upon full payment, Tygo Studio grants the Client a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the media for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property listing. This license is valid only for the duration of the active listing agreement and expires once the property is sold, leased, or the listing agreement terminates.
- No Transfer to Third Parties: The Client cannot sell, gift, or transfer the media to any third party. This includes other realtors, homebuyers, home sellers/homeowners, builders, interior designers, or staging companies. If another party wishes to use the media for any purpose, they must contact Tygo Studio directly to purchase a separate usage license.
- Revocation of License: In the event that a payment is reversed, a refund is issued, or a chargeback occurs for any reason, the usage license granted for that specific property is immediately revoked and terminated. Any continued use of the media after a license is revoked constitutes copyright infringement, and the media must be removed from all marketing platforms (including the MLS) within 24 hours.
- Notice Requirement: We understand that real estate schedules change. To avoid a fee, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time.
- Late Cancellation & Rescheduling Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the shoot will incur a $75 fee. If the photographer arrives on-site and cannot access the property, or is turned away for any reason, a $120 No-Show Fee will apply.
- Inclement Weather: Drone operations and exterior photography depend heavily on safe, legal weather conditions (such as high winds, heavy rain, or dust storms). If hazardous weather occurs, Tygo Studio reserves the right to reschedule the exterior/aerial portions of the shoot at no additional cost. Interior shoots will proceed as scheduled, and complimentary blue sky replacement will be applied to any impacted exterior photos.
- Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time for Daylight HDR and Twilight HDR photos is 24 hours from the conclusion of the shoot. Video walkthroughs, virtual staging, or advanced 3D media may require
- 24 to 48 hours.Media Hosting: Tygo Studio will host your media download links for one (1) year from the delivery date. While we provide long-term access as a convenience, it remains the Client’s responsibility to download and permanently archive their assets.
- Stylistic Discretion & Revisions: All media is edited according to Tygo Studio’s professional brand standards. Minor revisions (e.g., brightening a dark corner or swapping a sky) must be requested within 48 hours of media delivery. Drastic changes, re-edits that contradict the original order instructions, or revision requests made after the 48-hour window may incur additional editing fees.
- Safety & Compliance: All aerial shoots are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots. Tygo Studio strictly adheres to all federal, state, and local airspace restrictions.
- Airspace Refusals & Delays: If a property is located within restricted airspace (e.g., immediate airport flight paths or military zones) and an FAA authorization or waiver cannot be obtained in time for the shoot, Tygo Studio reserves the right to cancel or refund the drone portion of the order.
- On-Site Safety & Privacy Discretion: The remote pilot in command (PIC) retains absolute authority to cancel or suspend drone operations on-site due to sudden weather changes, safety hazards, physical interference, or local privacy disputes.
- Surrounding Context: Drone media inherently captures the surrounding neighborhood and adjacent properties. Tygo Studio is not responsible for editing out permanent public structures or neighboring properties unless advanced object-removal editing is requested and paid for separately.
- Payment Due: For standard orders, payment must be made in full prior to downloading or unlocking un-watermarked, high-resolution media assets.
- Subscription Packages: For clients enrolled in monthly service subscriptions, payments are billed automatically on a recurring basis. Tygo Studio reserves the right to suspend media delivery, pause active services, or cancel accounts if a subscription payment fails and is not resolved within 3 business days.
- Late Fees: Any standalone invoices left unpaid past 14 days from the date of delivery will accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Processing Fees: All standard digital payments (credit cards, bank transfers) may be subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee.
