  • How do I use the referral credit on my account for future bookings?

    To use your referral credit, you must be logged into your Tygo Studio account at checkout.

    Once you’re signed in, any available credit will automatically appear as an option to apply toward your next booking.

    If you’re not logged in, the credit won’t show — so be sure to sign in before completing your order.

  • How do I Book a Shoot?

    Booking is fast and entirely automated. Fill out the Order Form, select the services or package you need, choose an available date and time slot that fits your schedule, and check out. You will receive an instant confirmation email.

    If you are booking a closing video, please book 30 minutes before your client arrival.

  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

    We know real estate moves fast and schedules change. You can cancel or reschedule your shoot completely free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.

  • What happens if there is bad weather?

    In the event that rain, high winds, or dust storms make exterior or drone work unsafe, the interior shoot will continue as scheduled. Outdoor and aerial shots can be rescheduled for the next clear day at no additional fee upon request.

Copyright & Image Rights

  • Do I own the photos and videos after the shoot?

    Per standard copyright law, Tygo Studio retains the permanent copyright to all media created. However, buying a package grants you a Limited, Non-Transferable Commercial Licenseto use the media to market that specific property for the duration of your listing agreement.

  • Can I give or sell the photos to the builder, stager, or a future agent?

    No. The license is exclusively yours. If the staging company, interior designer, builder, or a secondary agent wants to use the photos for their own marketing, they must contact Tygo Studio directly to purchase a separate usage license. Passing media to third parties without permission is a copyright violation.

  • How many photos do I get with “Unlimited Photos"?

    At Tygo Studio, “Unlimited Photos” means you get every image needed to fully showcase your listing — without worrying about a cap or extra fees. We follow a professional shot list that adjusts based on the home’s size, layout, and features. Most properties naturally fall between 25–50 photos, but larger or more feature‑rich homes may include more.

    Our goal is simple:
    Capture every angle, detail, and selling point that helps your listing stand out.

    You get all the photos that best represent the property — no limits, no missing rooms, no upsells.

  • Can I request edits or revisions for photos or video?

    Yes — you can request revisions for both photos and video.

    At Tygo Studio, we include standard corrections to ensure your media looks accurate, polished, and true to the property. This includes adjustments such as exposure, color balance, straightening lines, audio leveling, and fixing anything that appears incorrect or inconsistent with the space.

    All revision requests — for both photos and video — must be submitted within 48 hours of your photo delivery.

    This helps us keep your listing on schedule and ensures a smooth workflow for your project.

  • What’s included as a standard revision?

    •  Photos: color/exposure adjustments, straightening, window pulls, sky corrections, fixing minor reflections, correcting mislabeled rooms

    •  Video: audio leveling, color correction, trimming clips, adjusting pacing, fixing transitions, correcting titles or labels

Drone & Tech Specifics

  • Are your drone pilots legal?

    Absolutely. Safety and legality are paramount. Every drone pilot at Tygo Studio is FAA certified. We handle all airspace authorizations behind the scenes.

Property Preparation

  • Does the photographer help clean or stage the home?

    Our photographers do not clean, declutter, or fully stage rooms. The property must be 100% photo‑ready when we arrive so we can stay on schedule for all clients.

    However, we will occasionally make small adjustments — such as straightening chairs, shifting a pillow, or moving a small item — when it helps highlight the room and improve the final shot. These are light touch‑ups, not full staging.

    For the best results, we recommend preparing the home before your appointment so we can focus entirely on capturing beautiful media.

Titus Pay at close

  • What Is Titus Pay‑At‑Close?

    Titus Pay‑At‑Close (PAC) allows you to book your listing media with no upfront payment. Titus pays Tygo Studio immediately, and you simply repay Titus at closing or within 6 months. This gives you flexibility while keeping your listings moving quickly.

  • How It Works?

    1. Select “Titus Pay‑At‑Close” at checkout. A quick soft credit check is completed (no impact on your score).
    2. Titus pays Tygo Studio right away. Your appointment is confirmed and your media is delivered on schedule.
    3. You pay Titus at closing. Repayment is automatically collected from your commission or closing proceeds.
    4. If the listing doesn’t close, you simply pay Titus directly before the 6‑month deadline. No penalties and no surprises.

  • Is Pay‑At‑Close Required?

    No. It’s completely optional. You can always pay upfront with any standard payment method.

  • How do I apply for pay at close?

    You can apply when checking out.
    • At the payment screen, choose Pay $0 Now
    • Enter a phone # to sign up
    • Complete a short application
    • Once approved, complete your purchase

  • Will applying affect my credit score?

    No. Titus only performs a soft credit check during the application process, so there’s no impact on credit score when applying or using funds. Your credit will only be impacted if you fail to repay Titus when funds are due.

  • What are the criteria for agents to get approved?

    • Active real estate license in the state
    • Active, signed listing agreement for the subject property
    • Credit score above limit for your state. Check www.gotitus.com/estimate/tygo-studio.

  • What are the fees to agents?

    Fees range from 0-8.5%. See your rate at www.gotitus.com/estimate/tygo-studio.

    Example: You qualify for a pay at close rate of 4%. You spend $1000. The repayment amount will be $1000 + 4% flat fee ($40) = $1040.

  • When are funds due?

    When you choose to pay at close with Titus, you are starting a loan that will be due at the earliest of the following:
    • The home sells
    • The listing is canceled or withdrawn
    • Six months have passed since the first disbursement date

  • How do I repay through closing?

    Once the home goes into contract, you’ll add the contact information for the company handling the closing. To add closing details:
    • Go to your Titus account at www.gotitus.com
    • Log in with the phone # you originally used to sign up
    • Click the button that says “Add closing info”
    • Add details for the title, escrow, or attorney handling your closing

    Once this is received, a payoff invoice will automatically be emailed to the closing team.

  • Can I repay outside of closing?

    Yes, you can repay at any time through your Titus account.
    • Log in to your account at www.gotitus.com
    • Click on Repay Now
    • Follow the prompts to repay by ACH or debit card
    There are no prepayment penalties for repaying your loan prior to the close date.

  • What happens if the home doesn’t sell?

    If the home hasn’t sold by the time funds are due, you can either repay, or you can go on a payment plan to pay over time.

  • What happens if I fail to repay the loan?

    If you default on the loan or fail to repay, Titus may report the delinquency to credit bureaus, which could negatively affect your credit.
